PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Ultrasonic processing.
Matched to your sample.

The Q2500 is the highest-power model in this range. Its industrial system combines a generator, converter, booster and high-intensity probe for approximately 5-20 L processing applications.

Digital control supports programmed time and amplitude, with a standard pulse function for managing energy input in temperature-sensitive samples. Power, energy and elapsed-time feedback provide visibility during a run. An optional temperature monitoring probe is available for extended-duration work.

The stated volume range depends on the formulation and process. Viscosity and concentration affect achievable batch size and processing time. The converter uses a clean, dry compressed-air supply; a portable air-cooling alternative is available.

CAPABILITIES

Features

  • Programmable processing time and amplitude
  • Pulsed output for temperature-sensitive samples
  • Elapsed time, power in watts and energy in joules displayed during processing
  • Fault detection and overload protection
  • 2,500 W rated output
  • Amplitude adjustable from 20% to 100%
  • High-intensity probe and booster included
  • Optional sample temperature monitoring
  • Converter air-cooling configurations available
Q2500 high-intensity probe
The high-intensity probe transfers energy from the converter and booster to the liquid. Confirm immersion and vessel geometry.

APPLICATION FIT

Where it works

  • High-power batch sonication
  • Industrial liquid processing
  • Application-dependent large-volume processing

Processing capacity depends on sample properties, tube or vessel geometry and the selected probe or rack.
